Your Responsibilities: As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction life cycle, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Contract and Project Manager Oversight: Lead and mentor project managers, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements on-site.
Strategic Planning: Regularly review project plans, timelines, budgets, labor, and risk to keep projects on track.
Stakeholder Management: Meet regularly with clients, third parties, and other managers to report progress and negotiate contract terms.
Resource Management: Oversee project scheduling, including labor requirements across multiple projects or business units.

Business Development : Collaborate with the Estimating team to price and secure upcoming works, attend client/business development meetings.
Human Resources: Assist with HR and recruitment, providing advice on various aspects of business operations.
Special Projects: Manage and oversee special projects as needed.
Meetings Participation: Attend management and operational meetings, including Health & Safety and our integrated management system.
Adaptability: Perform any other tasks required to assist the wider team.
