Te Pūtahi Māori o Manurewa is a newly established Māori Immersion Education Campus located in Manurewa consisting of two co-located Te Aho Matua kura; Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Manurewa and Te Wharekura o Manurewa. The new campus has a projected combined roll of 350 ākonga.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Officer to join our dedicated leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial and Asset Management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
People and Culture (Human Resources), Payroll
Property, including implementing the 10 Year Property Plan.
Information Technology
Digital Records Management
Health and Safety
Support Staff Management
Collaboration with senior leadership and board to support the school's strategic goals.
Ensuring compliance with educational regulations and standards.
This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (with some additional hours required to attend major events / whole school kaupapa and Board meetings. This is a salaried position across 52 weeks pa, with four weeks annual leave, to be taken during the school holidays.
The salary sits within the “Executive Management Group” of the Support Staff in School’s Collective Agreement with additional responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a similar role, ideally within an educational setting
Accounts and HR management experience
Proficient in financial software
Ability to strategise and solve problems efficiently
Willing to go the extra mile to support campus initiatives
