**Responsibilities:**
- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere on the sales floor, effectively engaging with customers both in person and over the phone.
- Utilize active listening skills to comprehensively understand customers' needs and provide expert assistance in selecting the right products.
- Work closely with the Northwood team to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing showroom by assembling and restocking equipment and accessories.
- Assist with the sales and invoicing process in a friendly and efficient manner, gaining proficiency in the POS computer system.
- Collaborate with the team to facilitate the movement of equipment in and out of the store during opening and closing procedures.
- Uphold the store's impeccable appearance by contributing to cleaning and maintenance efforts in the showroom.
**Requirements:**
- Create a warm and inviting environment for customers on the sales floor, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
- Demonstrate excellent active listening skills and the ability to offer informed assistance to customers based on their unique requirements.
- Possess a strong understanding of health and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for both customers and staff.
- Display exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
- Preferred experience in a customer facing retail sales role, or a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.

**The hours of work are Thursday and Friday 8am - 5.30pm, Saturday 9.30am - 3pm, Sunday 10am - 3pm, and Monday 8am - 5:30pm. Some flexibility with these days may be discussed with the successful candidate. **
