We’re looking for a talented Health and Safety Advisor to help us keep the good energy flowing.
In this role, you'll be part of a team delivering H&S best practice to Clarus' operations and activities. You’ll be joining a supportive team in a hybrid working environment, who work within an atmosphere where autonomy and flexibility compliments the challenging and interesting work environment.
You can expect to:
Assist with delivery of our HSEQPlan, working within the broader People, Safety and Sustainability (PSS)team.
Provide H&S technical advice and support to employees, contractors and other stakeholders.
Promote the use and continuous development of safety management systems, standards and tools throughout the business.
Support Hazard and Risk Management (initial, review, monitoring).
Perform H&S data monitoring, analysis and reporting.
This role can be based at our Hamilton or Bell Block offices.
Qualifications
He aha tāu e kawe mai (What you will bring)
Along with your relevant health and safety qualifications and 5+ years' experience in health and safety, you will have superior communication and influencing skills, excellent writing skills - able to adjust to different audiences. Ideally you'll also have experience with behavioural based safety observation programmes.
