We are looking for a Finance Manager – Commercial Partners to join our Finance team. This is a highly visible role within the organisation.
Reporting through to the Senior Finance Business Partner – Institutional Business Bank (IBB)and working closely with our Head of Commercial Partners and CFO, you will partner with the business through the provision of timely, accurate and insightful information and advice.
You will manage, influence and drive revenue and cost initiatives through the development of fact led insights and challenge the business to drive incremental improvement.
Your strong business partnering approach and financial acumen is key to enable you to consult and support the business in achieving its financial targets both strategically and in management terms at senior and executive level. Your focus will be on product performance, pricing and margin analysis, driving performance and improved financial outcomes.

Positive and proven leadership skills and a growth mindset – the ability to lead and influence successfully
Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting
Fully qualified accountant, 5 years post qualified minimum (CAANZ, CFA or equivalent)
Extensive understanding of Financial Services Industry and practice
Extensive background in banking preferred
Well-rounded experience in Finance/Accounting functions combined with strong commercial experience and perspectives
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong commercial and business acumen
