The role

Our Redwood Care Centre and Village in Blenheim are looking for a part-time Guest Services Coordinatorto join their dedicated team.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering outstanding hospitality services for all care suite residents

Bringing smiles to residents faces on a daily basis with your kind, caring and helpfulnature

Liaising with external leisure suppliers, instructors and volunteers

Coordinating the services and special facilities offered to residents and their families

Offering current knowledge on all facility products, services, policies, and emergency procedures

Engaging with residents to provide general assistance, as requested.

What you’ll bring:

A passion for service delivery and the hospitality industry

Experience in a front of house role

The ability to provide an excellent customer service experience to our residents

Energy, initiative and a strong work ethic

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

An empathetic and passionate nature

A team first, can-do attitude

Excellent computer skills. In particular, with the Microsoft suite

Eligibility to work in NZ.
