Service Advisor/Customer Service

Tauranga Motor Company is a well established leading motor vehicle dealership group with sites in the Bay of Plenty and Waikato and represents four of the country’s best known automotive brands Kia, Suzuki, Honda and Opel.
About the Role
We are currently looking for a switched on customer service person to join our Kia and Suzuki service reception team at our busy, purpose built Tauranga/Mount Maunganui dealership.
The role involves being a contact point for our service customers, ensuring they enjoy their experience and that their vehicle gets the care it requires via our team of service technicians.
Ideally you will have previous experience in providing great frontline customer service plus:
Excellent communication skills - face to face, on the phone and written
An approachable, welcoming and professional manner
A high standard of personal presentation
Ability to work as part of a busy team
Driver’s Licence
While previous automotive industry experience would be an advantage we would also love to hear from you if you have strong customer service skills from other industries.
This is a full time job working Monday-Friday and comes with competitive remuneration.
