We are looking for a Service Leader/Technical Director in Geotechnics who will be taking a lead role in developing PDP’s geotechnical presence in Invercargill and the lower South Island. You will work across a wide variety of projects and further develop your skills and leadership expertise with the support of the Geotechnics team from around the country.
About the role:
• Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology (or equivalent)
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering geologist (experience with a professional consultancy is preferred)
• Ideally Charted Professional Engineer/Engineering Geologist status with Engineering New Zealand
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven Leadership skills
• Creative thinking to find innovative solutions for our clients.\
What You'll Bring
Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology (or equivalent)
Minimum 3-10 years experience as a Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering geologist (experience with a professional consultancy is preferred)
Ideally Charted Professional Engineer/Engineering Geologist status with Engineering New Zealand
