We’re looking for a highly experienced Construction and Forestry John Deere Technician to join our team in our Invercargill branch. You’ll be involved in servicing a range of construction and forestry machinery whilst providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the region.

About You

You’re an enthusiastic Tech with strong experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance of John Deere equipment and systems in Construction and Forestry.

Ideally you’ll have:

Experience in service work on heavy equipment machinery.

A strong background in the Construction and Forestry industry.

Qualifications in Diesel / Heavy Machinery Servicing.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The ability to work well within a team and independently.

A knack for problem-solving and persistence to deliver for our customers.

Apart from your technical know-how and nous, we are looking for an exceptional individual who is a strong team player who can adapt to any situation. The role will see you travelling to customer locations around the region as needed.

Rates/Hours of work:

Base hourly rates from: $35.00- $45.00, plus generous tool allowance and overtime.

Minimum of 40 hours per week.
