Office & Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and detail orientated Office and Accounts Administrator for an immediate start.
As the Office and Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a busy and dynamic team. This is a comprehensive full-time role, encompassing various aspects of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports
Handle client enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Process invoices, payments and expense claims
Updating and maintaining the client database
Assist with other administration tasks as required
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
Previous experience in an Accounts/Administration position
Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A can-do attitude and willingness to support the team
