About the Role: As Site Manager working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and management of labourers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

You will provide support to the teams, creating a healthy work culture while meeting deadlines and quality assurance measures.

We are looking for someone passionate about construction with a drive to get into or pursue management within construction.

What does this look like? Co-ordinate labourers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve the program.

Work through design issues with the project team, contractors, clients, and consultants.

Conduct daily pre-start meetings, inductions, and weekly coordination meetings.

Perform routine Quality Assurance checks.

Manage the Health and Safety on site (with support from the HSE team) in line with the company policy.

Ensure adherence to project specifications, costs, and time.

Report progress and prepare site reports at agreed intervals.

Studying drawings and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures.

What do you need to succeed? Trade qualified or relevant experience in Carpentry.

Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Exceptional planning and coordination ability and thorough understanding of construction techniques and standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
