Salary & Compensation

Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 per year

Health Benefits Program: The program is cost-shared (70:30) between NCCS and the administrator. Covers 70% Basic Dental and 70% Extended Health Care with small amounts of Life and Critical Illness Insurance.

RRSP Matching Program: Every dollar the employee puts towards an RRSP NCCS will match 33 cents.

Moving Costs: Negotiable

Qualifications

Valid BC teaching certificate

Master’s degree in education or a related field is an asset

A minimum of five years of teaching experience in a K-9 setting

A proven track record of effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experienced teacher (minimum of 5 years) with training and understanding of the meaning and value of a faith-based learning environment

Principal or Vice Principal experience is considered an asset

Acceptance of the NCCS Statement of Faith, without reservation
