If you said yes to the above, we are looking for you! We are looking for our new Workforce Roster Manager to join our fantastic organization. This is a fix term position for 8 months with the potential of becoming permanent in the near future.
Tāmaki Health is a strong network of over 40 clinics delivering care through our affiliated general practices, urgent care clinics, specialist centers, and occupational health clinics. Through our clinic brands including Local Doctors and White Cross, we serve New Zealand's communities with the highest standard of GP and Urgent Care.
Our focus is on helping the network to improve health and wellbeing by offering easy to access, high-quality, affordable services in the community for our general patient population.
About the position
The Workforce Manager is a key player in our organization, your main task is to develop and deliver operational rosters that optimize daily clinic requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Engaging in the day-to-day administration of absences, long-term strategic leave approval, and reactive change to rosters and clinic remands.
Support leadership teams in the interpretation and enforcement of contractual agreements, whilst ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
Support payroll in managing workforce data to ensure remuneration accuracy.
Support and maintain workforce planning tools through accuracy of outputs, processing through data analysis, and producing reports on operational performance.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with all internal teams with a passionate work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
You will need to have:
You will have relevant experience in workforce planning.
You have strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as excellent computing skills, especially in the use of MS Office in particular Excel.
You have the passion to think and work at pace with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail
You exhibit curiosity and a mindset of continuous improvement.
Someone who is committed to the principles of health equity and cultural competency and who is able to demonstrate an understanding of Māori tikanga and kawa and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
