Tiny Voices Napier is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Teacher to join our over 2’s team. As a head teacher, you will assume a leadership role across two classrooms, catering to 2-3.5 and 3.5-5-year-old age groups. Working alongside a team of six other teachers, you will serve as a role model for best practice, embodying our philosophy of nurturing tamariki to find their voice and embrace the value of community and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of educators to uphold the highest standards of early childhood education.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child's voice is heard and respected.
Collaborate with parents, whanau (extended family), and the community to create a supportive and enriching educational experience.
Implement a curriculum that reflects our philosophy of celebrating the potential of every 'tiny' Voice.
Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the growth and development of the centre.

Requirements:
Qualified and registered teacher in New Zealand
Demonstrated experience and commitment to excellence in early childhood education.
Passion for working in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
